Lamaison Oysters is first and foremost a family story. For five generations, expertise has been passed down from father to son. Today, Dylan and Samuel carry on this adventure with the same exacting standards as before, bringing their energy and modern methods that respect our terroir. While our oysters have won over new tables in France and Europe, our philosophy remains unchanged: to work with precision, respect the rhythm of nature, and keep our promises of quality.
